I have a system with 5 zones and 2 controllers, 2 in one and 3 in the other. The one with the two zones works fine but the other one seems to be working but there is no cool air coming out of the vents. The system is new (1 year old) and worked fine last summer. The LEDs light are as following:
When I turned on the thermostast for zone 1 with the other two off.
- Status blinking (same as the two zones that is working)
- Zone 1 on
- Compressor LED on
- The switch (relay?) that is marked as Main is green (open position)
I'm about to call a technician. But Is there anything else that I could check. I did change the thermostasts last Winter for programable ones but I just re-installed the old ones and same thing. There is the posibility that one of them might have have the Heat switch on when one of the other zones was turned on for AC.

Re: Cooling not working
Calling a contractor is the best. Call a local supply house and ask for a few contractors name who can work on our (EWC controls), the call each one and question they can work on the equipment.
Re: Cooling not working
That's right calling the contractor is the best as you are not a professional on doing this and will waste your time or the chances of something goes wrong are much. So what happened you had succeed in doing it yourself or called the technician? what was the problem?
