I just replaced my ground source heat pump. Old unit was a water furnace premier with intellizone control board for dampers control. New is a climatemaster tranquility 30 (model te064). I have two zones using water furnace ZACT dampers and Honeywell TH8329U thermostats. The heat pump has a variable speed fan.
I was looking at either BMPlus 3000 or NCM-300. No other controls installed. The intellizone board controlled the blower on the original installation and I don't think that is compatible with the climatemaster.
Thanks, Tom
Which zone control to use?
Re: Which zone control to use?
You can use either a bmplus 3000 or a ncm 300. Use the bmplus for two stage operation and the ncm 300 if you have single stage.

Re: Which zone control to use?
Thanks. I will go with the BMPlus 3000 since it is a two stage unit. Any special wiring issues?
Re: Which zone control to use?
No special wiring, there is a diagram provided in the technical bulletin you will receive upon purchasing the panel.
Re: Which zone control to use?
Resurrecting this thread from the past. One of my water furnace ZACT actuators constantly runs. What is a good replacement actuator? It is a 3 wire rectangular actuator.
