Which Controller to use

I have a RUUD 5 ton split system
Fan is variable speed.
Natural gas is modulating.
Compressor is two stage.
I want to install 3 zone dampers and control the humidifier...well, enable the furnace to run. The humidifier is currently controlled by a Pro 1 stat. Planning to add two less expensive Pro 1 stats on the other two zones.

Which controller do I use?

Do I need a bypass damper with the variable speed fan?

Sean,

You should use the BMPlus 3000 control panel and yes a bypass is highly recommended to be installed on the system.
