Unable to control temperature

Hello,

I recently bought a home where EWC multi zone controller was already installed. We moved in August (around end of Summer).

We are using the heating now but I am not able to control the multi zones. When I see the lower level to 67F the upper level automatically gets to 72F. I think I am missing some setup on the EWC circuit board. Can you please help and advice.

I am also not able to turn ON the centralized humidifier installed with EWC controls. I really appreciate your help.

You probably have a damper issue but I am going to need some more information from you on which panel you have and also which steam humidifier you are using. This issue would probably be dealt with better over the phone than through the forum. If you could please contact me at your earliest convenience to begin troubleshooting your problem.
