I have a 'typical' 2 zone gas fired forced air system with ac using EWC-ST-2C Control Panel (1992). The original master thermostat is/was a LUX Ultra (no model #) with a 6 wire configuration G Y W RH B O. Note that the RC-RH factory jumper in place. Terminals B and O are used (blue and brown wires respectively from the thermostat to the B and O terminals in the control panel uner ZONE 1 T'STAT.
I'm replacing the original thermostat with a new LUX TX9100U (from Lowes) but just want to make sure a) it's compatible, and b) should the B and O terminals be used like the original LUX Ultra thermostat.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. -Bernie

Re: LUX TX9100U with EWC-ST-2C
My questions have been resolved. The new LUX TX9100U appears to be compatible. I wired it the same as the original thermostat (B and O terminals included).
