Damper Default Issue

Hello EWC,

I have upgraded my panel from a ST-2D model to a BMPlus 3000 model keeping the existing dampers and motors.

Is there any way to configure the panel so that the damper remains closed as a default?

The reason I'm asking is that Zone 2 is called then stops, after cooling has eneded, Zone 1 is opened by default. Zone 2 is called again, Zone 1 stays open.

Or is the a motor issue?

Bob,

You can only have the dampers default to the open position on a bmplus 3000, however the board is not operating your motors correctly or you have an issue with one of your motors. Its very hard to tell what the issue could be so if you could please call me at your convenience at the number and extension below I will help you solve your issue. Please have a volt meter handy when you call.
