have model uzc3c 2 zone control, all three damper lights stay on and supply power to open the dampers, have reset system, removed wiring to no avail. can it be the microprocessor chip, and is this available ?

The microprocessor chip is not available for purchase. Can you describe in more detail what other LEDs are illuminated and if there is a call coming from any of the thermostats. All EWC zone boards default all dampers back to the open position upon the board going idle (no call for heat or cool)this may be what you're experiencing.

The stats are not calling for activation. When one stat calls all three damper lights continue to stay on and keep all dampers open.
