THM4000R how to wire to Ultra-Talk 3000

I have a Honeywell THM4000R 1000 device that has ABCD connect points. I see in the Ultra-Talk 3000 manual a wiring section "Wireless Thermostat: Receiver Module Model EWT-3900" with 5 connection points. The Honeywell THM4000R only has 4 connection points and they are labeled A/B/C/D what are the matching connection points to connect to on the Ultra-Talk 3000?

Unfortunately the UT 3000 can only be used with the climate talk open protocol or regular 24 volt thermostats.
