Jumper resistor value

Post by jtblohm »

I am recycling an old BMPus2000 Controller into a different installation that does not have an air temperature sensor, thus requiring to bridge the contacts of the SA SNR terminal block, the problem is that I don't know which resistor value to use, does someone know the correct value?

Thanks in advance.

Without a sensor or resistor, the BMPlus2000 will flash the code indicating an open across the sensor terminal, but it will still operate. If you wish to stop the flashing a 10 K Ohm resistor is required.
