Programmable Thermostat

Post by pjain »

I have a EWC-ST-2E system for both heating and cooling which has two zones for the first floor and second floor. Which programmable thermostat can be used to replace the old mechanical one and where do you get it from (I live near Boston)? I bought a Honeywell from Loews but it is not compatible since it only takes upto 5 wires, but our system has 6 wires (WYBGOR. :?

Could anyone help. :(

The ST Series of panels is not compatible with heatpumps. The White-Rodgers Model 1F80-361 is still current according to our White-Rodgers representative. Additional thermostats can be used other than what was listed, as long as the thermostat is standard Heat/Cool (Non-Heatpump) and there are a separate O and B terminals.

The St Control panel is not compatible with Heatpump equipment or thermostats.
