Replace EWC-ST-2D with NCM-300 for ecobee4: Dampers Question

Post by psskumar »

I am planning to replace current existing EWC-ST-2D control board with NCM-300, this will help me to install ecobee4 in my home. Currently I have 2 dampers installed to handle 2 zones, these are connected with existing EWC-ST-2D. Do I need to replace these dampers when I am installing new NCM-300? Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

My old dampers are used to work Master-Slave configuration with ST-2D Zone control. I have dampers with terminals 1,2,4 and I connected them to NCM 300 board M1, M2 and M4. But my system still works in the slave model. When Zone 1 is turned on I get the air only in Zone 1, but when I turn on Zone 2 it turns on both zones (Zone1 and 2). Please help me to resolve this issue, your prompt response is highly appreciated.
