If you have 5 wires then "Yes" I would wire up the "G" (GREEN) wire to the "G" terminals on the Zone board and the Stat.

Can you give us a call when you are in front of the board so we can run some test.

You can set your stats anyway you would like. My board will do what ever the stats tell it too.

Yes you can use the nest connector

For zone 2 and 3 you need the "C" wire for your nest stat to work. You will need to run a new wire or just go with a single stage none WIFI Stat

"Y" = Cool
"W" = Heat
"R" = Power

Are you using the "ONE ZONE" terminal on the Zone 1 T-Stat lower left hand side of the board?

We no longer make the ST Boards do to the stats that work with the ST Boards are hard to find you may need to update your board to a NCM 300
