I would set the high limit between 160-170

It will take 30 minutes to stage up when you are using the OAS and the temp is above your set point

No the Econet zone board will only work with the MA-ND5 motor

The actuator will be clear and it will say MA-ND5.

If you have 5 wires then "Yes" I would wire up the "G" (GREEN) wire to the "G" terminals on the Zone board and the Stat.

Can you give us a call when you are in front of the board so we can run some test.
