No you will need to use a Lennox board for Lennox Equipment.

Good morning David;

The zone board you need is a NCM-300 its a three zone board. You can purchase it from (www.ewcestore.com). If you have any other questions or concerns please give me a call.

You will not need that Heat / Cool switch anymore. Yes you can have Zone 1 set to heat and Zone 2 set to cool. Just a reminder you can not run heat and cool at the same time.

No a WiFi Thermostat will not work with that board. You will need to upgrade your board.

Yes the NCM-300 will work for you and you can replace it yourself. You can use the old thermostat's until you want to replace them with new ones.

The MA-SMDL is a obsoleted product. SO you are going to have to replace the zone damper.
