Your backup heat will turn on by the staging timer on the top left hand side of the Bmplus 3000. If there is a problem with the heat pump there is a switch (EM / NORM switch) on the bottom right hand side of the Bmplus 3000 turn that switch to EM and the board will bypass your heat pump and just run...

No the Econet zone board will only work with the MA-ND5 motor

The actuator will be clear and it will say MA-ND5.

If you have 5 wires then "Yes" I would wire up the "G" (GREEN) wire to the "G" terminals on the Zone board and the Stat.

Can you give us a call when you are in front of the board so we can run some test.

You can set your stats anyway you would like. My board will do what ever the stats tell it too.
