Re: Upgrading from EWC-ST-2E to NCM300

Sorry for the late response.

The Y and G connections are obviously the same. Your existing W wire will connect to the W1/B terminal on the NCM300. Your existing R wire will connect to the Rc terminal on the NCM300. (Rc & Rh are connected internally).

Let us know how it goes.

Re: Radio Frequency Interference from Controller

Tom, This zone product is quiet and we normally don't see this unless there is 1 or 2 expansion modules connected to it. Even then, it is minor. The main panel does not have a noisy switching power supply. Everything is pretty well contained on the processor. What kind of dampers do you have and how...

Re: Need Help!

Rmendez, The problem you have described sounds like there may be a sticking zone damper (half open or half closed) or maybe a bypass damper sticking. It also sounds like the duct-work needs to be balanced.... The balancing cannot be performed until all dampers are confirmed to function correctly. If...

Re: UZC Problem in Cool Mode

Airteam is correct Jedwilli....The RA/DA dip switch must be set to DA or it will attempt to perform a de-humidify function...because there is no control connected to the Aux R input terminal.

Thanks Airteam!

Re: motors not moving

Sir, If the LED on each MA-ND3 motor changes immediately but no movement of the actuator occurrs, then the motor has failed. If that is the case then the motors should be replaced. The correct replacement is a part #MA-ND4 or if you can't find it a part #MRK will also work.... I apologize for the in...

Re: My power bill

Thank You for the power consumption data.....Congratulations on lowering your energy bill....Are you able to determine how much of the difference can be attributed to the new Heat Pump and Zoning and how much was due to switching to Tankless LP to heat your water?

Best Regards,

John
