You will need to up grade your zone board to a NCM-300. The ST board needs to be operated with a thermostat that works a "O" -"B" terminal not a O/B terminal.

That board is not conpatable with that thermostat. You will need to replace it with a NCM-300. That board is a master control relay board that needs a thermostat having a "O" - "B' terminal which the nest does not have, nest has a O/B terminal. Please call if you have any more questio...

Calling a contractor is the best. Call a local supply house and ask for a few contractors name who can work on our (EWC controls), the call each one and question they can work on the equipment.

Yes you can remove the damper , just cover the opening. It sound like you should just replace the motor. It sound like its a model MAN, come with directions.

I think you should call our office, for I have a few questions too ask about your system. You can go to EWCControls.com open manual, go to EBD open submiital sheet. Review the drawing of a by-pass , then go to RD-HD application notes review. Any question please call.

Sound like the board is still set for heat pump, check dip switch #1 Bank #1 (system) should be on Gas. Later board that light would automatic come on as a function of the board, but with nothing wired to the out put "O" nothing will happen.
