Re: MA-ND3 Control Motor not working

EWC Controls does not deal direct, you would have to go to a dealer in your area. If you give me your location I can find a dealer for you.

Re: Honeywell RT6580WF Wi-Fi Thermostat

For now to get heat you need to put a jumper in from r1 to b on the panel not in the thermostat.

Re: Honeywell RT6580WF Wi-Fi Thermostat

The jumpers would go from R1 to O for cooling and from R1 to B for heating. They can never be installed at the same time. It would be much easier to install the switch or upgrade the panel.

Re: Radio Stats for my EWC-ST control panel

That would only energize b or o when the master thermostat was calling, so that would mean that you could only get heating and cooling out of your slave zones if the master was calling otherwise the slave thermostats would be dead. Re: Honeywell RT6580WF Wi-Fi Thermostat

You can install jumpers, but you would have to remove the cooling jumper in the fall and install the heating one and vice versa in the spring every year. It woulld be better to install a master selector switch (EWC part # MCX-DXB) or upgrade your panel to the BMPlus 5000.

Re: Getting HEAT in Z1 when furance comes on for Z2 & Z3

It sounds like you damper motor may not be closing properly, to know for sure you would have to test it electrically with a volt meter. if the motor should be open than there should be 24 volts between 1 and 4 on the motor. if the motor is closed than the motor should have 24 volts between 1 and 6. ...

Re: what thermostat can I use with ewc st 2 control panel

The 3707 thermostat is compatible with the ST series and the list price of that thermostat is 130.00. A less expensive alternative is the Honeywell Pro 4000 thermostat.

Re: EWC-ST-2E with Honeywell RTH9580WF

Erwin, that would only allow the zone 2 stat to operate when the zone one stat was calling for either heat or cool. The terminals require a constant 24 volts on either o or b to operate but you can never have voltage on o and b at the same time. Erik Wnoroski EWC Controls, Inc. 385 State Route 33 En...

Re: EWC-ST-2E with Honeywell RTH9580WF

Erwin,

The panel you have is a master slave panel and it requires the zone 1 thermostat to have separate o and b terminals connected to the panel or the zone 2 thermostat will not operate at all.
