Re: 2nd Honeywell RTH6580 with ST-2E

As long a the thermostat in zone 1 has a separate o and b terminal than those thermostats should work, if not than it is not compatible with that particular panel in zone 1 only.

Re: Model 2020 humidifier

EWC Controls sold all rights to the steam humidifier line 2 years ago to a company called Field Controls. They now manufacture the humidifiers and do all the technical support. You can reach them at 252-522-3031 sorry for any inconvenience. Erik Wnoroski EWC Controls, Inc. 385 State Route 33 English...

Re: HVAC Service Tech Saying Hi

Hi,
EWC Controls does not do field service we are a manufacturer and we offer tech support over the phone. You would have to get an independent contractor to come to you home to look at the system.

Re: Zone heating

You can wire it with a relay to achieve the operation you want. Energize the coil of the relay with the common and W circuits of the zone 2 thermostat and break the w circuit of the zone 1 thermostat. The only way the zone 1 thermostat can call with this wiring configuration is if the zone 2 thermos...

You should not be using any jumpers on the thermostat side of the board.

Re: Radio Stats for my EWC-ST control panel

This kind of issue is not something that can be easily solved through the forum, there could be many different problems causing your heat to not work. It would be much easier if we discussed this over the phone rather than the the forum. I have listed my contact information below please give me a ca...

Can you tell me all the lights that are lit on the zone panel when the system is just continuously running the fan?

Re: Damper motor controls

Bill,

What type of system do you currently have? Are you looking to run five dampers one for each zone, or another combination?
