I noticed the furnace is not keeping the house warm as it should. Then I went to the basement a noticed the zone control damper, a MA-ND4 model, keepings flashing between green and red (open and close, respectively). I tried to power cycle the power switch and nothing changes. Is this MA-ND4 malfunc...
