You will need to upgrade the NCM to the Bmplus 5000 that will give you 5 zones

Smart thermostat's will not work with this zone board. You are going to need to update the board to a NCM 300.

You got yourself a older Bmplus 3000 board. You do not need the "C" wire. This board will work perfectly fine with out the "C" terminal.

The NCM is not a master slave board.

Any damper will work with the NCM

Witch ever zone called first will take priority. If they call at the same time Heat will always take priority.
