This is an older damper that we do not manufacture anymore and there is no replacement motor for this damper you will need to replace the entire damper. The damper you need will be the ND series damper.

It is normal behavior for your fan purge. You can lower it or turn it off.

No the UT-3000 must have a stat for each zone. Sensors will not work.

Set your BMPlu-3z for staging just like the old BMPLus-3000 do not set it for weighting.

NO our UT-3000 does not float our dampers. I agree having the UT-3000 float our dampers would be a great idea.

BMPlus-3z is the same as the BMPlus-3000 Instead of the Dip Switches now you will set your settings by pressing the 4 buttons in the middle of the screen.

There is a gap between the damper and the duct work. Pull out the damper and put some gasket on the top and bottom of the damper and place the damper back into the duct. Whistle noise should be gone.

The NCM 300 is not a duel fuel zone board. You need to go with a BMPlus-3z. There is a workaround if you have heatpump stats and you set them to Duel Fuel (now you are letting the stat's control your staging between heatpump and backup heat).
