That is a model "MAN" (which stood for: motor actuator new). Those dampers are ancient. I'd be prone to say decades old. They are obsolete and haven't been made for years. You can try hunting online to see if anyone still stocks them. There is no direct replacement for the damper, either. The ...

On the face of the motor is a large black button. It's right above the terminal block. If you push it and hold it down it will release the gears inside the motor and permit you to rotate the motor shaft by hand.

The motor will function properly despite the flashing lights. If the customer chooses to do so, the unit can be returned to the distributor for warranty replacement.
