SOLVED: I have determined the board is working properly, as I used a meter to test System outputs. The furnace board is being flaky.

Specs:
BMPlus3000 rev B
Conventional / Gas / Single Stage
Using Zone 1 with 2 dampers. Zone 2 with 1 damper.
2 Stats - Both Sensi units. Configured for Gas 1 Stage as well.

Problem:
This unit works perfectly 90% of the time. Other times, the HVAC will not click on for heat.
