Re: Zone 2 A/C not working -

Haven't had any luck connecting with Paul as of yet. I did contact Ecobee and went thru some troubleshooting to see if the issue was with the t-stat or baseplate (swapping them back and forth) and did not find a resolution. On zone 2, if I connect Rc to Y the a/c works as expected - compressor turns...

Zone 2 A/C not working -

Hello - I have a basic heating /cooling system with a fuel-powered boiler/air handler/compressor with separate thermostats on the first and second floors. Previously, I had an ST-2E with a master/slave t-stat configuration. Last Fall, I swapped out the ST-2E for a NCM 300 so I could use independent ...

NCM300 zone 2 not working -

This is a duplicate post from my previous thread - I decided to start a new topic since the problem is somewhat more specific and may not have been noticed from the previous description... Switched over the ST-2E to NCM 300 so I can use ecobee3 t-stats - certain things were different: - the zone 1 a...

Re: Ecobee3 and ST-2E

Continuing to post followup for guidance - as I am having a problem with my second zone... Switched over the ST-2E to NCM 300 - certain things were different: - the zone 1 and 2 motors were wired for 1/2/4 instead of 1/4/6 (those are the numberings on the damper motors as well) - the System block wa...

Re: Ecobee3 and ST-2E

Another question about the ecobee wiring to your panels... I'm expecting my NCM300 to arrive this week. I see the t-stat connections are the usual W,Y,R,G plus C and O/B. My previous t-stat wiring to the ST-2E was master/slave - with the master wired with a brown wire > O and a blue wire > B Since t...

Re: Ecobee3 and ST-2E

After doing some further exploring - and talking with ecobee - the answer seems to be no.

Looks like it's time for a NCM300 update - is this a wire-for-wire switch out?

Ecobee3 and ST-2E

Exploring options: wondering if the Ecobee3 t-stat will work with my existing ST-2E.

I've seen posts here that the Nest does not work.

Thanks -
