Re: Low Temp Limit
I did call you guys to get a recommended technician familiar with the BMP3000 I have. We were having this same issue as it began to get warm earlier this year. He fixed a few problems we had (some set point issues, added a little freon, cleared some debris, etc). But the low temp was at almost 50 ...

Low Temp Limit
This past weekend was about as hot as it has been in Atlanta this year. Around noon my heat pump stopped running. If set the system to run only the fan for 30 - 60 min, the turn the AC back on, the heat pump would run and cool the house for a little while, then the heat pump would shut off again. I ...

Re: Fan runs continuously
I did move the wire connected to 'W1/B' to the 'W2/E' contact a wile back... that resolved my problem up until recently. I believe the fan running continuously is a different issue. If you beleive the panel is not the culprit (and I really didn't think it was) then I beleive I'll need to calll ...

My fan appears to get stuck running constantly, even though the BMPlus 3000 doesn't appear to ...

Re: Incorrect wiring?
First, thank you so much for replying to my post. It's amazing that you guys operate such a helpful forum. Your reply saved me a service call, which I'm sure would have cost me $75 at a minimum. I owe you a beer. I moved the system backup heat to the correct terminal, and I'm pretty sure that solved ...

Incorrect wiring?
I recently bought a new house, but under foreclosure so I can't call the builder because they are out of business. The house was 100% complete and the AC worked great all summer. The heat has worked fine up until recently when it go really cold, but now it's doing some funny stuff. I suspect there ...
