I have essential gas for heating and central a/c for cooling. I am thinking the B and O are for heat pump?
However, from EWC control panel where it says SYSTEM, there is no B and O wires there

Make sure your devise is compatible with it too. I did a full equipment change out, not even thinking about the Stating. Spent a few extra hours trying to figure out why the hell it wouldn't work)
