Re: UT-3000 blower control, and heat pump wiring
I don't need the questions answered any more. I needed more air because the heat pump was regularly cutting out on a high pressure switch fault, unless I set the UT-3000 to have a low supply-air-temperature-high-limit. More air helped the problem. But the real source of the problem was that the ...

UT-3000 blower control, and heat pump wiring
I have an Amana communicating furnace (with variable speed blower) and 2-stage heat pump system, controlled by a UT-3000 with three zones, in which the heat pump controls the blower speed when the heat pump is on. I need more air than the heat pump calls for, so I'm thinking of wiring the heat pump ...

Should the Heat/B LED always be on?
I have just set up a system with a UT-3000 and two zones, one zone with a communicating Climate Talk thermostat and one zone with a 24 volt thermostat. It seems to be working fine. However, the Heat/B LED is always on, even when neither thermostat is running and the system is not running. Should I ...

How to interlock fan with ERV controls
I have a two-zone system with one communicating and one 24 volt thermostat, and I am running the UT-3000 off a separate transformer. I also have an ERV with its own controls, which are powered by a 24 volt transformer within the ERV. I want the furnace fan to run when the ERV is on. However, when I ...
